I'm currently working with an impactful charity developing new initiatives aimed at meeting the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans people.

They're looking for someone to provide a Speech and Language Therapy service (Voice & Communication) for trans and non-binary people.

You will:

  • Deliver clinical supervision to Band 5/6 therapists, offering guidance on complex cases and acting as the point of clinical escalation.
  • Provide line management, support, and regular check-ins for Band 5/6 staff.
  • Oversee the allocation of clinical work alongside line management responsibilities.
  • Work jointly with the multi-disciplinary team to assess, treat, and manage a personal caseload while also providing clinical input and support to colleagues on speech and language therapy matters.
