As part of this transformation, we are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Systems & EPOS Implementation Manager to lead the selection, implementation and integration of new retail technology across the group. The role As the Retail Systems & EPOS Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of a major technology transformation project, bringing together existing store systems into a modern, centralised retail management environment. You will review current EPOS, stock management, purchasing and reporting processes before identifying and implementing solutions that provide greater visibility and control across all supermarket locations. A key objective will be to establish reliable, centralised data covering sales, inventory, purchasing, supplier costs, pricing and operational performance. Working closely with senior management, store teams, suppliers and external technology providers, you will manage the project from initial assessment through to successful implementation, training and adoption. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding, project management skills and practical experience implementing retail systems within operational businesses.
